    Her journey into the realm of sports was nothing short of remarkable. Growing up you could always find Kepola on a pool deck, she emerged as a national champion swimmer, showcasing exceptional skills and a relentless work ethic that would shape her future endeavors.

    Encouraged by her mother-in-law Beverly, Kepola made a seamless transition into the dynamic realm of real estate, a pivotal decision that has defined her illustrious career. From the moment she stepped into the real estate arena, Kepola distinguished herself as a formidable negotiator, adeptly navigating diverse market scenarios with unparalleled expertise. Her commitment to understanding the intricate nuances of the real estate market, coupled with an unwavering dedication to her clients, distinguishes her in the industry.

Raised in the lively community of Northridge amidst a bustling household with his brothers, Bobby and Bruce, and his mother, Beverly, Brian absorbed essential values of camaraderie, hard work, and resilience.

    Before charting his successful career in real estate, Brian honed his skills as a licensed tile contractor, showcasing craftsmanship and attention to detail. These qualities seamlessly transferred to his current role, elevating his effectiveness as a real estate professional.

    In 2021, Brian furthered his real estate journey by achieving his broker's license, a clear testament to his commitment to professional growth and expertise. Rooted in Northridge and armed with a diverse skill set, Brian significantly contributes to our team's dynamic approach in serving clients. His transition from tile contracting to real estate highlights adaptability and a passion for delivering exceptional service, solidifying his role as an indispensable member of The Arner Group.

    During his younger years, Brian actively participated in ice hockey at the Oxnard Ice Rink with his team The Old Bones. Brian boasts an impressive decade-long tenure in ice hockey, dedicating over 10 years of his life to the sport. Throughout this extended period, he actively participated and was a captain of multiple teams. Unfortunately, the closure of the rink in April 2016 marked the end of this era for Brian's ice hockey pursuits.

    In his leisure hours, Brian showcases his creativity through crafting artisanal sourdough bread from scratch. Beyond baking, his culinary talents extend to confectionery expertise, where he delights in creating delicious chocolate-covered caramels and chocolate-covered cherries—a true reflection of his commitment to excellence in every pursuit.

  • Jade Arner

    Jade is not only a skilled professional within the The Arner Group but also a dynamic individual with a passion for life beyond the real estate world. In her free time, you can find Jade at the ranch with her horse, Emmett. Her love for equestrian pursuits takes center stage as she spends her free time running barrels and team roping, showcasing her dedication to excellence.

    During her formative years, Jade immersed herself in water polo and swimming, emerging as a standout athlete. Her exceptional skills in the pool earned her a well-deserved scholarship to California State University, Northridge. There, she pursued a degree in hospitality with an emphasis in business, demonstrating her commitment to a well-rounded education.

    Jade actively contributes to the community as a compassionate advocate for a cause close to her heart. For the past four years, Jade has been a dedicated member of the National Charity League, Ventura County Juniors (NCLVCJ). In her commitment to making a positive impact, Jade has served on the board and as a Way and Means Member for three of those years.

    NCLVCJ is a philanthropic organization with a mission close to Jade's heart—it serves the Centers for Childhood Cancer and Blood Diseases, located at our local hospital, VCMC. NCLVC helps bridge the financial needs of VCMC, ensuring that they can continue providing exceptional care to those in need. This includes contributing to the acquisition of new equipment vital for the treatment and well-being of young patients.

    Jade's involvement in philanthropy reflects her dedication to community service and making a meaningful difference beyond the realm of real estate.
